2. Follow the 4 pro steps
Attach to your club
Open the strap, place GooseGrip just under your current grip, then tighten so it doesn’t rotate.
Place your hands
Let the molded grooves guide both hands. It forces you into the neutral, repeatable position.
Make slow swings
Start with half-swings. Feel how your clubface stays square and how your wrists don’t over-rotate.
Repeat 5–10 min/day
That’s how you build muscle memory, so you keep the same grip even without the trainer.
